Quiz Bowl Organizations in NY, NJ and CT
Students who live in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut have the good fortune to live in one of the most developed parts of the country for quiz bowl opportunities. At the same time, unlike many other sports and activities, there is no overarching body (TSQBA does not aim for such a role either) that coordinates quiz bowl from a top-down position. There are, however, roughly speaking four main organizers or types of organizers of quiz bowl tournaments in the area, which are as follows:
